All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is completed and the digital files are delivered, all sales are considered final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Why Refunds Are Not Possible
Digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical items. Once a file has been downloaded, it is permanently in the customer’s possession, making refunds or returns impractical

We are happy to:

• Re-send your purchase link.

• Provide alternative file formats (when possible).

• Walk you through troubleshooting steps to ensure you can access your purchase.

 

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us immediately. At our discretion, we may issue a refund or replace the duplicate with another item of equal value.

 

Incorrect File Delivery
If a product listing error results in you receiving the wrong file, we will promptly correct the issue and provide the correct product at no additional cost.

 

Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorisation, please contact your payment provider directly. We may assist by providing transaction details to your provider.
